• 80 公克 大黃瓜
• 80 公克 芹菜
• 80 公克 鳳梨
• 80 公克 青椒
• 80 公克 苦瓜

Instructions

 

• 大黃瓜洗淨切塊、芹菜、鳳梨、苦瓜、青椒洗淨切塊，洗淨秤重備用
• 開啟慢磨機，依序放入食材
• 如有少量的果渣可以直接做飲用，不喜歡果渣的朋友記得把渣濾掉喔
