- 60 g 香菇
- 50 g 蒟蒻
副材料
- 5 g 蒜頭
調味料
- 5 g 咖哩粉
- 2 g 特級橄欖油
- 1 g 鹽巴
- 1 g 胡椒粉
- 10 g 水
Instructions
- 1. 蒟蒻洗淨,香菇洗淨切片,蒜頭洗淨切片,備用。
- 2. 熱鍋,倒入橄欖油,加入蒜片及香菇爆香,再加入鹽巴、咖哩粉及蒟蒻。
- 3. 煮至沸騰後,加入胡椒粉,燉煮20分鐘。
- 4. 完成盛盤。
