- 200 公克 蛤蜊
- 10 公克 九層塔
調味料
- 10 公克 油
- 10 公克 蒜頭
- 5 c.c 醬油
- 15 c.c 米酒
Instructions
- 將油、蒜頭放入平底鍋內,以中火爆香
- 加入隔離、米酒,蓋上鍋蓋,悶煮至蛤蜊開口
- 加入九層塔和醬油,稍微拌炒,即可盛盤
