- 300 公克 豬里肌
調味料
- 15 公克 味噌
- 15 公克 醬油
- 3 公克 蒜泥
- 3 公克 薑泥
- 1 小匙 橄欖油
Instructions
- 薑豬里肌拍打成薄片
- 將大蒜、老薑磨成泥備用
- 取一鋼盆將味噌、醬油、蒜泥、薑泥拌勻
- 加入里肌肉片抓勻,靜置15分鐘,最後加入橄欖油拌均勻
- 取平底鍋熱鍋煎熟即可
