- 90 公克 鱈魚
副食材
- 0.5 公克 枸杞
- 10 公克 白蘿蔔
調味料
- 10 公克 樹子
- 5 公克 薑
- 0.5 公克 米酒
- 0.25 公克 鹽
Instructions
- 鱈魚先用鹽和米酒稍微醃過
- 平底鍋內鋪上白蘿蔔,於白蘿蔔上放上鱈魚,鋪上樹子,薑絲和枸杞
- 加入200c.c水,蓋上鍋蓋,小火蒸煮15分鐘,完成即可盛盤
