• 100 公克 紫高麗菜
• 100 公克 鳳梨

Instructions

 

• 紫高麗菜、薑洗淨切塊、葡萄洗淨不去皮、鳳梨洗淨去皮備用
• 開啟慢磨機，依序放入食材
• 如有少量的果渣可以直接做飲用，不喜歡果渣的朋友記得把渣濾掉喔
