- 240 公克 菠菜
副材料
- 40 公克 吻仔魚
- 4 公克 蒜頭
調味料
- 6 公克 橄欖油
- 1 公克 鹽巴
Instructions
- 菠菜洗淨切好備用、蒜頭洗淨切末。

- 熱鍋後倒油燒熱轉中火,放入蒜頭炒香,加入波菜,翻炒至波菜變軟,加入吻仔魚、鹽巴辦炒均勻,關火,裝盤完成

Notes
- 若吻仔魚加入後鹹度已夠,可以不用加鹽巴。
