• 150 公克 甘蔗
• 400 公克 雞肉

副食材

• 150 公克 胡蘿蔔
• ５ 朵 香菇
• 5~10 片 薑片
• 4 公克 枸杞
• 2500 ml 水

Instructions

 

• 先將雞肉放置滾水中，去血水，撈起備用
• 胡蘿蔔切塊、薑切片、枸杞及香菇泡水，備用
• 將取血水的雞肉、胡蘿蔔、薑、香菇、枸杞，放入鍋中；加入水及香菇水，開中火煮滾
• 煮滾後，轉小火煮40~50分鐘，最後加入鹽巴調味即可
