主材料
- 10 g 紅藜麥
- 20 g 五穀米
- 100 g 白米
副材料
- 190 g 水
調味料
- 3 g 橄欖油
Instructions
- 五穀米泡水6小時以上備用;紅藜麥、白米洗淨即可備用。
- 將白米、五穀米、紅藜麥拌勻放入電鍋內鍋中,加入水,按下煮飯。
- 待電鍋跳起,悶15至20分鐘再打開電鍋,加入橄欖油翻拌即可盛盤。
Notes
2. 水量增至全榖雜糧類材料的1.4至1.5倍,可煮出較軟口感的飯。
3. 煮完飯一定要悶15至20分鐘再打開翻拌,使米飯口感更佳。
