Instructions
- 將嫩豆腐和鮮蚵先過熱水川燙
- 將油、蒜頭和豆豉放入平底鍋內,中火爆香
- 加入水、醬油和豆腐鮮蚵,蓋上鍋蓋,小火燜煮至豆腐上色
- 撒上蔥花,即可盛盤
