
蚵仔韭菜煎蛋

- 30 公克 鮮蚵
副材料
- 2 顆 雞蛋
- 50 公克 韭菜
調味料
- 6 公克 橄欖油
- 2 公克 蠔油
- 1 公克 鹽
Instructions
- 將鮮蚵洗淨濾乾,韭菜洗淨切切丁,雞蛋打勻備用。
- 熱鍋後倒入橄欖油,油熱後轉小火加入鮮蚵稍微煎一下,再將韭菜丁和鹽巴加入雞蛋液裡拌勻後倒入鍋中轉中火,待蛋液凝固後半煎炒至熟加入蠔油拌炒。

- .蛋液下鍋前在用力打散,會煎出蓬鬆的口感
