• 120 公克 壽司米

• 30 公克 五穀米
• 200 公克 水

調味料

• 2 公克 橄欖油

Instructions

 

• 壽司米、五穀米洗淨，備用。
• 將壽司米、五穀米拌勻後放入電鍋內鍋中，加水浸泡約1小時，再按下煮飯。
• 待電鍋跳起，悶15至20分鐘再打開電鍋，加入橄欖油翻拌即可盛盤。
