
明太子爐烤冬筍

- 150 公克 冬筍
副材料
- 30 公克 明太子

- 6 公克 橄欖油
Instructions
- 冬筍去殼菜前處理,對於鮮筍,剝殼切成條塊狀後,放到鍋里煮開15分鐘左右,撈起放冰水裡浸泡。

- 將冬筍撈起,鋪平在烤盤上,將明太子平均鋪在冬筍上,送入烤箱烤5~7分鐘上色,出烤箱之後裝盤完成。

Notes
- 烤箱220度C預熱10分鐘。
